This is a heavy research based design project that is targeted on redesign Google Maps with a new home screen experience for a younger audience ( Aged of 14-18).

Summary

Impact

 

The result successfully bridges the needs of our target audience with the value provided by Google Maps. Provide opportunities to connect with other products in Google’s ecosystems, including YouTube, Google Classroom, and Google Hangouts. The presentation and report received widespread recognition and praised by the of Google Maps design and research team, Youtube’s design and product team, and has been used as reference for their future projects.

Output with 100+ pages of UX research report with durable insights across the demographic of our target audience, mobile technology, competitor analysis & audit for 'Explore / Discovery' related apps. This UX research report guides me to create 10+ unique and engaging design directions and UX/UI mockups that target the audience.
