About

Ronbow is a cabinetry company that based on California, it produce high quality cabinetry that embodies effortless personalization; combining with smart manufacture and design process that adapts to any space, eliminating the burdensome costs and complexities often associated with traditional custom projects.

Objective

The objective of this project is to add the most value to Ronbow’s current business the fastest is to do the brand promise work through the lens of a new digital experience that will let it break out furthest beyond their current model. 

Challenge

Ronbow is creating a very new business model that integrates from marketing, community, design, business, manufacture to service. This website need to connect all that groups internal and external.

  1. Clarify the brand identity for 3 type of group, C2B, B2B, and D2C.

  2. Create seamless process for all that stakeholders in one centralized platform.

  3. Trust building to new clients and group to this new type of business model.

  4. Compatibility across multiple platforms and departments.

  5. Information and project process cross check and transparency.

  6. Community building.

Solution

  1. Distinct Brand Identities for C2B, B2B, and D2C:

    Develop unique branding elements, messaging, and user experiences for each group (Consumers, Businesses, and Designers).Use a diverse of method and content to present the brand story, product, service and history. Including data, videos, reference, visual elements and animation.

  2. Centralized Platform with Customized User Journeys:

    Tailor user interfaces to reflect the specific needs and expectations of each group. Create a centralized platform that serves as a hub for all stakeholders, allowing easy access to relevant information and services. Implement role-based access control to ensure that each group sees content and features pertinent to their role.

  3. Tust-Building Elements:

    Incorporate trust-building elements such as customer reviews, testimonials, case studies, and certifications on the website.

    Provide transparent information about Ronbow's business model, values, and commitment to each stakeholder group. Worked with the develop team and did research and employ the latest technologies, such as machine learning algorithms, to enhance the features.

  4. Community Building:

    Integrate social features like forums, chat rooms, and discussion boards within the platform to facilitate communication and networking. Host webinars, workshops, and events to encourage engagement and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
